Is DiziBell suitable for colleges and school groups as well as schools?
Yes. DiziBell is built for K-12 schools, board-affiliated schools, colleges and school groups or trusts. It is multi-institute by design: one deployment serves many institutes, with an institute switcher and sub-administrators per campus.
Can parents pay school fees online?
Yes. Fees can be collected at the counter or online through HDFC SmartGateway. The counter supports part payments, multiple payment modes, receipts on your own numbering series and sibling-gated concessions.
Does DiziBell have a parent app and a teacher app?
Yes. There is a student and parent app for Android and iOS with OTP sign-in, a teacher app, and web portals for students and staff — all reading the same record the school office works on.
Does the school ERP handle exams and report cards?
Yes. Teachers enter marks for a whole class at once against your own assessment model, and results and report cards are produced from those marks. Attendance, timetable, homework and circulars sit in the same Academics & Examination area.
Can DiziBell connect to our accounting ledger?
Yes. Fee heads, class segments, bank accounts, gateway settlements and salary heads can be mapped onto your existing ledger codes, including Tally mapping, so you do not keep a second set of books.
